Thanksgiving turkeys
One batch a year, raised on grass through the fall and ready the week before Thanksgiving. Reserved ahead, because there is no second chance at a Thanksgiving turkey.
Turkeys sit naturally next to the broilers, and they come ready in the same stretch as the wreaths, which makes for one extremely busy November. If a pasture raised bird is what your table wants, say so and we will count you in.

Would you want this?
That is not a rhetorical question. What people tell us they want is what decides the order we build things in, so if this is the part that interests you, say so.
